It is not ok to make a copy of our compact disks, books, instructions or patterns for a friend. Please be aware that it is illegal to make copies of any of our printed or software material, as governed by the registered copyrights on all of our products. Unless permission is given by the copyright owner, our products can not be reproduced in any way.

Please contact us when you have lost instructions or part of your pattern.

What is our policy on revised patterns?
We want you to receive the latest editions with as little expense to you as we can manage. Therefore, if you return an older copy of the same pattern (no matter what condition) we will replace it with the latest copy for half the current price. If your older copy has never been used and is still in excellent condition, we will replace it for only the shipping cost. The revised date can be found on page 1 of the pattern instruction booklet.

Pattern Points:

IMPORTANT: Our new web site became active February 14, 2005. The prior web site was not set up for 'pattern points', this is a new feature of our new web site. Anything ordered prior to February 14, 2005 is not enrolled in the 'pattern points'.

Our unique Commerce store allows us to implement Pattern Points for each pattern. Customers can earn points while making purchases, then redeem points for discounts or free merchandise. The store displays how many points each product will earn a customer, and shows a summary of total points for the order before and after the order is submitted. Customers can log into their account and view a summary of earned and used points at any given time.

NOTE: When you redeem points you will not receive pattern points for that particular order.

Pattern Points are only available on our E-Commerce store.
