This pattern was revised in 2005. If you don’t have the latest pattern you may return your used pattern for a new one at ½ price. If your pattern is unused there is no charge, except shipping cost.

The pattern fits windows up to 54” wide. Can I alter it to fit a 70” wide window?
Yes, but it may become a tighter fit. Taper it to be about 1” wider at the bottom than the pattern now is. Make sure you use the angle iron to help support the board legs.

My window is 140” wide can I extend the pattern that much?
That may be extreme. At least do a “mock up” to see how much more slack you need to add, and to see if it will tend to sag in the middle.
