On window #30, are the long panels shirred on a rod or pinch pleated, and the jabots, are they just pleated and board mounted?
If you have the large manual collection that information is given on the back of the page. The smaller books don’t give that. Pattern 9232 is used for the jabots. The tails are 9102. The swags and side panels are 9233 pattern, installed as stated in the pattern. That means the side panels are mounted directly to the window frame with velcro. The jabot is installed the same way, 1” above the side panel. The swags are installed with velcro to the outside lip of the facing.
